Yoshi Komada
Yoshi Komada has a wealth of advisory and operational experience gained both in Asia and the United States. As an independent consultant, he has undertaken CEO-level reviews for public US companies' Japan and greater China operations, Japan market entry strategies, and numerous fundraising efforts. He has also worked in business development roles, including head of M&A for several US-backed Japanese start-ups in the real estate in financial services space. Mr. Komada began his career in the Mergers and Acquisitions division of Nomura Securities, Japan’s largest investment bank, where he advised on over $1.1 billion in cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures. His experience spans multiple industries and business situations.

He holds a BA from Middlebury College and an MBA from the London Business School
